I wanted to reach out to you about Bobbi Frazier. Over the years I have worked with many payroll companies, not once have I ever sent a message like this. Willing to bet you already know you have a diamond in the ruff with her but I just had to tell you myself. She is personable, smart, knowledgeable, very responsive all while remaining professional. She really does stand above the rest….I honestly don’t know what our company would do without her. I feel like we are her only client and I know we are far from that. The move to your company was a painful process and she made it seem easy, kinks are a given but she has worked out every one and continues to be incredible to us. She really gives your company a good name and she is most definitely a keeper!

Hello. Robyn Knueppel is my account representative. I would like you to know how happy we have been with her service. All of the representatives we’ve had have been great. But, my office was audited by the State of New Jersey and I needed some forms that I couldn’t locate. All I needed to do was contact your office and the documents were immediately forwarded to me. She would cheerfully say it was no problem and provide what we needed. You can imagine how stressful it was for us. But Robyn was amazing. Thank you. Dawn C is very knowledgeable with regards to the complexities of filings in various states. Any questions or requests we have are always responded to promptly.
